Tomorrow will be the 90th anniversary of the opening of Liverpool Airport and to celebrate, a number of activities will be taking place across the Airport throughout the day. Ryanair to serve 3 new destinations from Liverpool John Lennon Airport

Ryanair will expand its operations from Liverpool John Lennon Airport in Summer 2023 by adding new routes to Ibiza, Madrid, and Shannon in addition to basing a fourth aircraft in Liverpool. They will also continue to operate flights to Copenhagen, Malta and Szczecin in Poland, all of which were new additions this winter. Widerøe to return to Liverpool John Lennon Airport

Scandinavia’s largest regional airline Widerøe has today announced that it will be returning to operate flights from Liverpool John Lennon Airport, with twice weekly departures to Bergen in Norway for Summer 2023. Widerøe last operated from Liverpool in 2020 with their previous service to Bergen stopping due to the pandemic.
