Liverpool City Council has set out the next steps to deliver one of the UK’s biggest TV and Film complexes. A report, which will go to the Council’s Cabinet next Friday (December 3rd), is requesting permission to unlock a potential £70m redevelopment of the iconic Littlewoods building, which would include major studios, creative office space and new media facilities.
