INTX, a Liverpool-founded provider of premium transport solutions, celebrated its 25th anniversary with an evening of reflection and gratitude.

The milestone event, held at The Art School Restaurant, brought together clients, partners, supporters and team members to mark INTX’s journey from its beginnings in Liverpool to its position as a trusted name in transport across the UK.

Founded in 1999 in the heart of Liverpool, INTX began with a focus on providing high-quality transport solutions for local VIPs. Over the years, the company has expanded its reach, offering coach hire, chauffeur services, and managed transport for events and tourism across the UK. Despite this growth, Liverpool has remained at the core of INTX’s operations and identity.

“This celebration was not just about reflecting on how far we’ve come, but about thanking the Liverpool community who supported us from the start,” said Andrew Globe, Managing Director of INTX. “We were honoured to have so many clients and partners who’ve been with us on this journey join us for the evening.”

As part of its growth, INTX has contributed to Liverpool’s reputation as a hub for world-class events and tourism. The company proudly provided transport for major events such as the Eurovision Song Contest and is the official transport partner for ACC Liverpool. Additionally, 2024 marked 20 years of providing transport services for Creamfields, a testament to INTX’s commitment to delivering reliable and seamless event solutions.

INTX’s ongoing success is closely tied to Liverpool’s dynamic growth. As the city flourished following its designation as European Capital of Culture in 2008, INTX seized new opportunities to expand its services, becoming a key partner for the city’s events and tourism industries.

The celebration also highlighted INTX’s commitment to sustainability and partnerships. This year, INTX achieved a Silver Green Tourism Award and became a Good Business Charter-accredited company for the third consecutive year. Locally, the company has partnered with The Mersey Forest to contribute to reforestation efforts, further embedding itself in Liverpool’s community and environmental initiatives.

“Liverpool is more than our headquarters; it’s our home,” said Mark Globe, Director at INTX. “The support we’ve received from the local community has been instrumental to our success. We’re proud to give back to the city by contributing to its tourism and event sectors while championing sustainability.”

INTX continues to strengthen its position as a leader in transport for meetings, events, and tourism. The company is looking forward to building on its achievements and continuing to play a pivotal role in Liverpool’s thriving economy.
