The last couple of weeks have been very busy on the media front, and we’ve hosted several trips from high-profile journalists.
First there was the German freelancer Sven Weniger, who was here to research two commissions for national newspapers FAZ and Welt. Staying at a premium room in The Richmond, he explored the Baltic Triangle in detail and talked to several people who live and work in the area. His itinerary also saw him take in a behind-the-scenes tour at Goodison Park before Everton’s draw with Huddersfield, and sampled a traditional English Sunday roast at The Monro.
We’ve also had several national journalists – hotel reviewers from The Independent and The Telegraph who sampled some of the city region’s newest properties (we can’t say where!), and then a writer for The Observer came to write a piece about the city’s architecture and design, staying at the beautiful Titanic Hotel.
This weekend we are hosting three Scandinavian bloggers and influencers, taking them around some of Liverpool’s most photogenic and Instagrammable spots including the Georgian Quarter, Sefton Park and Albert Dock.
